All purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund with a receipt. All returned items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH NO ALTERATIONS, ODORS, PET HAIR, DEFECTS AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. No exceptions will be made. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the received item is damaged or the wrong item was sent by Cozy Calla Lily). You will be responsible for return shipping (shipping tracking option is highly recommended) 

No returns will be accepted or processed after 14 days from the date of purchase.

No Receipt:
Merchandise without a receipt will be refunded at the last sale price or current selling price, whichever is lower, and will be issued only for store credit.

Exchange Policy:
If you choose to exchange your merchandise you may do so within 14 days of purchase with receipt. For online exchanges your item will be shipped out once your return has been received and processed.  In the event that the item you have selected for exchange is no longer in stock a refund will be issued to you on the payment method originally used.

Damaged Items:
If you feel you have received a damaged or defective product please email us with a photo of the damages within 5 days of receiving the product. Emails can be sent to and once damages are confirmed we will issue a return shipping label at no charge. Once received and damages are confirmed we will issue a store credit or refund back to your original payment method.

Final Sale:
All items marked Clearance or Flash sales are final sale and non-refundable. However, If you receive an item that you believe is to be defective or damaged, please email us within 5 days at

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be credited back only to the same credit card used for the original purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return it to be processed. Please note that some credit cards could take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect the credit amount

Return Shipping Tips:

Pack your item in the original box it came in -- if you still have it. If not please pack the item securely in another shipping box and include all items that came with the product.  Do not pack with newspaper as the ink can get on items and could damage them. We also highly recommend using a tracking service (USPS or FEDex) in addition to adding insurance to your packages as we can not be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. This way if something were to happen you could file a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement.
